Refund Policy

The short version: cancel any time, no questions asked. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
- Your data and account remain intact - you revert to the free tier.
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first charge: If you subscribed and the Pro features didn't deliver what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions, no justification needed.
- Extended outage: If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, we will apply a pro-rata credit or refund on request.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged in error, we will refund immediately upon confirmation.
Outside of these circumstances, we do not offer refunds for partial months - this is standard practice for subscription software.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@cswstats.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of the charge
- A brief reason
We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Free Tier
The free tier has no payment attached and requires no cancellation. You can stop using it at any time.
