Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CSWStats ("we", "us", "our"), operated by the CSWStats team. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CSWStats provides darts performance analytics by connecting to your DartCounter account. We offer:

• Free tier - Overview stats, full match history, practice modes and global leaderboard, available to anyone with a DartCounter account.
• Pro tier (£5/month) - Analysis, Checkouts (Stickerbook), Training and the Throws coordinate map.

The Throws tab additionally requires throw-coordinate data, which is only available if your DartCounter account is paired with an Omni smart-board. All other Pro features work with any DartCounter account.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use CSWStats.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• The Pro tier is billed at £5 per month via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings - access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-Party Data

CSWStats connects to DartCounter and Omni device APIs on your behalf. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or continuity of data provided by those third parties. If a third-party API changes or becomes unavailable, certain features may be affected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within CSWStats is owned by us. Your darts data remains yours - we process it to provide the service but do not claim ownership of it.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSWStats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@cswstats.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
